General Information
- The Privacy Policy of the Zbigniew Wodecki Foundation’s Store available at http://wodeckitwistfestiwal.pl is addressed to the Store’s Customers and defines the type, scope, methods of data use, rights and obligations of the Customer, and the protection of personal data. If the Customer does not accept this Privacy Policy, they will not be able to use the Store’s services, including purchasing Products or Services (including electronic ones).
- The Store’s Terms and Conditions are available at: http://wodeckitwistfestiwal.pl/sklep. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Store’s Terms and Conditions, and the definitions contained therein apply accordingly to this Privacy Policy.

II. Data Collection and Use
- The Customer (User) can browse the website and the Store without providing personal data or registering, except as specified in the section below (Automatically Collected Data).
- When using the Store, certain data is automatically collected, including:
- IP address,
- domain name,
- browser type,
- operating system type.
This data may be collected via cookies.
- Cookies are small files sent to the Customer’s device while browsing the Store. The Store uses the following types of cookies:
- Functional – Essential for the Store’s operation. Disabling them in browser settings may limit functionality.
- Preference – Collected only with User consent, used to analyze preferences and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Statistical – Collected only with User consent, used to gather visit statistics and improve Store performance.
- Marketing – Collected only with User consent, used to personalize advertising content.

- To place an Order, the Customer must provide certain data. While voluntary, omitting required data may prevent Order completion.
- The Seller collects the following Customer data:

- Tax ID (NIP, if needed for invoicing),

- Phone number,
- Delivery address,
- Payment details,
- Username/login (if account registration is enabled).
- Data is processed based on and for the following purposes:
- Contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- Order execution (payment, delivery, complaints),
- Marketing & promotions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- Newsletter delivery (with explicit consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- Service improvement (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- If account registration is enabled, the Customer must provide a username and password, which must be kept confidential.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for contract conclusion.
- Data may be shared with third parties, including:
- IT service providers supporting the Store,
- Delivery operators (postal/courier services),
- Payment processors,
- Accounting services,
- Legal advisors,
- Social media plugins (if applicable).
Marketing consent allows data use for promotional offers, contests, and similar activities.
- IP addresses may be collected for technical diagnostics, statistics, and Store improvement.
- Data retention period:
- For contract execution,

- Until consent withdrawal (where applicable).
- Customer rights under GDPR:

- Complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
III. Data Security
- The Seller and authorized third parties implement technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or damage.
- The Customer must immediately notify the Seller of any unauthorized account use or security breaches.
- No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.
- No automated decision-making or profiling is applied.
- Customers may request data access, correction, deletion, or restriction at any time.
IV. Final Provisions
- This Privacy Policy enters into force on 17/02/2025.
- The Policy is governed by Polish law. It does not limit any consumer rights under mandatory legal provisions.
- The Seller may amend the Privacy Policy as specified in the Store’s Terms and Conditions.
